Seasonal ingredients add a festive touch to a five-course menu served on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. ‘Pat Chun’ vinegar cured salmon gravlax comes with green apple mousse for a taste of Christmas in Norway while the popular foie gras ‘brix’ comes with a dash of gingerbread spice for that accent of the holidays. Black Angus beef tenderloin is served with chestnut puree as a homage to the season, complete with fried Brussels sprouts and black truffle sauce.
Indulge in the Christmas Day buffet brunch, which with items from live stations, charcuterie section, grill carving station, rotisserie spit and more. The Bar at 15 Stamford will also celebrate with a special cocktail – the Feuerzangenbowle, which literally translates to be fire-tongs punch.
